How does one get in contact with a real person from support?

Adobe customer support is absolutely disgraceful - the website is sending me around and around in circles trying to find a chat function or an email address to contact about how they wrongly charged me. Does anyone have a link to contact a real person from Adobe?

No, I am trying to figure out how to change something on the invoice, and I am all in a loop..

Tried on Facebook, but it was just a bot. Not a person..

Rooo0000 and Ole-A please see https://community.adobe.com/t5/account-payment-plan/cancellation-of-plan-did-not-go-through-during-t... where this topic was just discussed.  If you click on https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen and the chat window fails to open, or is unresponsive, use a different device to begin the chat session as the current device is being actively blocked from beginning a chat session.
