The cheap and dirty way is to create an additional e-mail address (which could be an alias of or forward to your primary e-mail address) and buy a subscription / license with that new e-mail address for the new Adobe account you create for same.

Thanks! I’ve got a few addresses. I would be for my son. I thought I could add the 2nd acct under my billing profile

If your son is eligible for student rates, you will save 60% for the first year. Applies to the All Apps plan only and a 12 month commitment is required.
