How to cancel a separate plan which is included in Creative Cloud

I used to have both a Premiere Pro subscription as well as a Photography subscription. I have since upggradded my photography subscription to the full creative cloud subscription (which includes Premiere Pro, of course), althougb I'm still being charged for both the Premiere sub as well as the Creative Cloud sub and I can't seem to canccel the Premiere Pro sub without a $96.00 cancelation fee. Is there a way I can get out of the Premiere sub without the fee since I'm already paying for the full Creative Cloud sub?
