So. Adobe says that i need to update my credit card information because the couldnt charge me, since i dont have money on my credit card lol. Can i somehow cancel the payment, before they charge me? I checked my banck account, and couldnt see any incoming payments.
How to cancel before i get paid from my job? I dont need adobe any longer, and i signed up by mistake. Belive it or not.

Hi. Thanks for the answer. I cant neither find the live chat or the cancel supscription. It still tells me to update my credit card information. It pops up with a red bar that says "There is an issue with your payment details. Please update your payment information."
That's right. You cannot cancel until you provide a valid payment method which you seem unwilling to do. So use another device to contact Adobe Customer Support by online chat or pick up the phone M-F and speak to an agent.
