I have a personal account with a one year plan started from December 2019. It was signed up with my shool email. In June 2020 my school announced that it'll provide students free access of Adobe suite, and then my account was changed to an enterprise plan.
But now my personal plan is still charging me every month. In my account page there is no cancel option because it's in a enterprise account mode.

I thought you had two accounts with subscription and one had to be cancelled. It seems its just one and you are being charged twice. I would suggest you talk to the school IT administrator to sort this out. You could even try and contact support to ask about your options on how to move ahead, i gave the link to support in the previous post.
