How to cancel subscription

I did my account 2 days ago by accident and I've been trying to cancel it since. They already took 25 euros from my account and i just want to cancel it. I've searched online and they say that after I click in view plan I have an option of cancelling it but in mine it only appears upgrade plan. How can I solve this?
