Help! I’ve made a test account to test adobe premiere pro. As I tried to cancel the subscription, I couldn’t find the test abo anywhere. It wasn’t in my account nor in my creative cloud! As I couldn’t cancel the plan, they already took the first payment! I don’t want to pay for a product which isn’t even in my account!! As I used my academic email to log in, I can’t contact the support.
Is there any Mail to which I can write and solve this issue?
