I want to cancle my plan but there isn´t the "manage plan" button. I´ve also tried it in another way but unforntunately the same problem appearse here. Does that mean that maybe it has just canceld?

Hi same problem here I don't have a cancel button and the chat mention "we are closed" so what do I do? I've been trying since yesterday to cancel.
