Hello,
I am unable to update my credit card information (keep getting "Something went wrong" message). Is there an actual way to contact support? The post below that claims to route you to help, just goes round and round on the help page with no option to actually speak to someone (I am signed in, by the way).
It is incredible that this is so difficult.
To contact support, login to your account and navigate to the URL below. Make sure that the browser has cookies enabled, and all script blockers are disabled.

Type AGENT to avoid bots and talk to a human.
Also, be mindful of answering anyone who sends you a private message. See the following for more information about scammers

This is a user-to-user forum, not Adobe support.
For best results, use a good modern browser that supports cookies and does NOT have script or pop-up blockers.

Nope, same Help page. Any other ideas?

Never mind, I found someone (presumably) on the Twitter page. Might consider making it slightly easier to have people pay you money, as I was 5 minutes away from just cancelling my account. Just a thought.

The link provided links directly to the chat, so if you only see the help page, you're blocking the pop-up. Sometimes software installed on the computer blocks the pop-up that is generated with @Manan Joshi's link. You need to use a different browser then or a private browsing session or need to use a different computer or a tablet or a phone.
