I was charged and was meant to recieve a refund which support offered me via chat. I then ended my trials and was charged again? I can't contact anyone without starting a new plan to get my refund- does anyone know how to contact someone in adobe support without starting another plan?

Adobe team..this is same issue for me aswell. I have cancelled my auto debit week before bill cycle yet i have been charged the amount for subscription. Isn't it illegal. Please respond how to connect or reachout to customer care.

with no plan, use twitter/x. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
