How to convert All Apps annual plan paid monthly to paid annually

I am currently subscribed to Creative Cloud All Apps, Annual plan, paid monthly. I wish to convert to the same plan, but prepaid anually. I see an offer available through the end of the month that allows me to buy into an annual prepaid plan, but that purchase is not supported because I already own Creative Cloud All Apps. It doesn't appear that I can convert from paid monthly to paid anually. Can anyone help?

Thank you. Throughout the entirety of the web-based resources made available for managing my account and/or plan, I see absolutely nothing that permits me to change from Annual Plan, Paid Monthly to Annual Plan, Paid Annually. Is this something can can only be accomplished by calling in?

You will need to cancel your current plan before you can re-subscribe to a new pre-paid plan.  And since you have a 12 month contract, you should wait until your 12th month of service to avoid paying penalty fees.
