How to get refund for yearly cancellation

Hi. I was unaware that the yearly plan was a recurring payment or that no prior warning would be given of the recurring payment being charged.

Yesterday 28/10/2022 I was told by Paypal a payment of £596.33 GBP would be taken from my account. I immediately tried to stop the payment with PayPal, with no success.

I cancelled the subscription through My Adobe account, but it is only cancelling the subscription from next year 28/10/2022?

How do I stop this Payment, or get a refund please?

Surely the 14 day full refund should be available after a recurring payment, Adobe are very unclear on what to do.

Any help advice would be appreciated.

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
