Hello community,
I have an Adobe plan and I can use the software on 2 different machines. I'm also doing this, as I work on my Notebook or my Desktop PC. I'm often using a VPN when working from home with my PC or working on business trips with my notebook. And I have to, to access my work related data. Adobe is recognizing the machines as different machines, when im using the VPN versus when im not using the VPN. So everytime I'm switching the VPN on or off I need to sign off from "another" machine and sign in on the "current" machine so use the software. This is very frustrating. Is there any solution to this?
Best regards
Dennis

Hi @dennisk59282605,
VPN's generally have an option to allow certain apps bypass the VPN connection(split tunnelling), you could try that to work around this problem.
