How to I contact an actual human for help with my product membership? The "help" documentation says I need to contact tech support... but I keep looping through useless pages.
Does anyone know if any actual people are employed by Adobe?

I AM logged in... and I keep getting circulated through "help" pages. I click "contact us", and get pushed back into the unhelpful "help" pages. I circulate round and round trying to trick the system into helping me. I have checked repeatedly that I am am logged in using the same account that I purchased the product using.
This is a long-standing challenge - does Adobe actually have a help desk for non-enterprise customers?

I have no problem reaching Adobe support on chat with a browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers. Try with another web device. In the chat box, type AGENT followed by Enter key. Or pick up the phone and call during normal business hours.

Specifically referring to your suggestion... there is no chatbot! So, there is nowhere to type "agent".
I will try the phone system...

Great news... despite the phone line being almost unintelligibly faint (I had to almost shout for the tech to hear me, and I had to get him to repeat himself multiple times), the problem was finally solved.
Thanks for pointing me in the right direciton!
(Wouldn't it be nice if these phone numbers were accessible from the website in a way that people could find them?)
