How to migrate from one-year license to monthly paid

Hi, in few days my one-year CC license bought from outside seller will end.

I want to purchase license straight from Adobe with monthly payment and i can't.

In Admin Console i have only options for another one-year license and i get messages to contact my outside seller to purchase...

 

Anyone know how to deal with it?
