How to redeem a 19 digit code?

I'm new, so I'm not sure if this belongs here. but For Christmas, 2023, I got an Adobe Photoshop Elements software download card, the student and teacher edition. When I finally found out how to input the serial number, it needed a 24-digit code to redeem it, but mine is 19, and I'm not entirely sure what to do.

I'm not sure if I'm searching wrong, but I can't find an answer to the problem. Help would be nice, since otherwise, it would just be a waste of money, and Photoshop is one of the few software that accepts CR2 files without having to convert them into PNGs or JPEGs.
