How to remove an Adobe Premiere Pro account

Good afternoon, my son is 10 years old. He studied for three weeks adoba prime about when we activated it there it was written it was possible to deactivate any time no commission is charged and now I want to do deactivation and ask me 124 euros how can I delete or how can I fix it?

If you have a true monthly account you may cancel at the end of any month without a fee... if you have an ANNUAL plan with monthly payments there is a fee to cancel early

Amazon Prime is a different program offered by an entirely different company.

 

Adobe Creative Cloud is offered on an annual subscription (prepaid or paid monthly).  Annual means there is a 12 month commitment.  To avoid early cancellation fees, wait until your 12th month of service to cancel.  Otherwise, pay the 50% termination fee.  Your choice.
