I am currently on a photo plan and I have a adobe portfolio site on it.  My college is providing an enterprise plan and I need to use premiere from it.  How do I use just the enterprise plan for adobe premiere, while preserving everything else on my personal account?  There doesn't seem to be a way to move my portfolio site over to the enterprise or merge the two acccounts together.

There is no way to merge accounts. You can sign into one; then sign out and sign into the other. You can't run apps from both accounts at the same time. I don't say it's ideal.
