i already cancelled my subscription but yet they still charged me

so the story is subsrcribed to adobe express for 498 PHP and within a month they charged me and it notified in my iphone so i took action because there is 14 day and i quote "If you cancel within 14 days of your initial order, you'll be fully refunded." so i filed a report and my money didn't go back,(let bygones be bygones) and now this day i was charged again for the same amount and found out my account was not cancelled so i did what i had to do and cancel my subscription for one last time again. what i only want is to please give my money back this time because i need what i can have right now since i am a college student which money is very valuable to me.  Thank you
