Now I cannot cancel. I have no idea why I owe 150. I cancelled months ago as I lost my job and now im landed with this. I just got an email saying I missed a payment of €30, I try to cancel the account and for some reason its 5x the price. What the hell is this? I just want to get away from this company and these tactics, this is causing me stress as this is many weeks shopping I wont otherwise be able to afford. What do I do?
Please contact Adobe support showing them the cancellation confirmation email that you would have recieved when you cancelled and they will get this resolved. To contact support follow the instructions given below
1. Go to https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
2. Wait a bit on the page that opens up, it should automatically open a chat popup. If that does not happen then look for a call out/chat icon at the bottom right, click over it and the chat popup should

When you cancelled before, is it possible that Adobe offered you instead some free time (perhaps 60 days), and that you accepted this offer (instead of cancelling, this is not a free bonus for cancelling)?

if, few months ago, you canceled an annual plan after the trial period, you can expect a penalty (=1/2 the cost of the remaining months) for early termination of that plan.
you can contact adobe support and plead your case. there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
phone:

twitter:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
