Adobe decided that you aren't allowed to contact them unless you are paying them so here I am.
I am being charged $32 a month and I have logged into every single one of my email accounts and they all say that they are on free subscriptions. I need someone to cancel whatever subscription is charging my card or I am issuing a chargeback.

This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the ACPs and MVPs, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
You do not have to be a paying customer to contact Adobe support; you only need an Adobe ID and that is free.
If, after talking to customer support, you determine that none of your accounts have a subscription plan attached, you will need to contact your credit card issuer as it is probable your card has been compromised. This is not something Adobe can handle.
Be aware that if you signed up for ANY of the free trials, they automatically roll over into subscriptions if you do not cancel them before 7 days is up. There is an additional 7 days grace after the automatic rollover, but if you cancel after that you will be charged a cancellation fee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.

If that were true (and it's not), nobody would be able to reach Adobe for other reasons.
