I am getting an error message when looking at plans "Unable to load data"

I was thinking about canceling my plan and then started to look at alternatives then it stopped showing me my plan or account details for that plan. it's like the site knew I wanted to change it and started preventing me. this is really shady. does anyone have a fix

Use a browser that accept cookies and does not have script blockers.

 

I have no trouble viewing my online account with latest desktop Firefox.
