I'm trying to cancel a plan, but I don't know where it is coming from. I lot into Adobe and they tell me I don't have a plan. They won't talk to me, because I don't have a plan. My credit card is getting charged for one. I wish someone would talk to me to help me out.

Please go to Adobe Customer Service (make sure to allow popups on your browser):
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen will automatically open the chat window.
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person.

I've moved this from the Using the Community forum (which is the forum for issues using the forums) to the Account, Payment, & Plan forum.

1 - do you have more than one Adobe account and/or more than one email address?

2 - have you contacted the fraud department at your credit card company?

Sounds like you've got multiple Adobe IDs. The one you're quoting to them may not have a plan associated with it.
