I can not redeem?

I redeemed adobe Creative Cloud free for 12 months after completing adobe shipping criteria, but I couldn't get the key. Can you please help me fix it for me?

Previously, I pressed the redemption mail on my smartphone and chose adobe illustrator. When I returned to open it in imac, I couldn't enter the redemption code. But can't enter because you choose to press on your smartphone or not If used, please modify it slightly. Because i do design work on imac

You can only enter a redemption code once. So if you redeemed on your smart phone that's the only time you can redeem it. But redeeming it add to your Adobe account, so you shbould now be able to use the product(s) on any computer.

I think you did exactly what this page tells that you MUST NOT do, so you may have lost it.
