I'm trying to upgrade my plan to a Creative Cloud All Apps plan, but I am getting a message saying
"In order to upgrade to a Creative Cloud All Apps, we have to cancel your current Photography plan (20GB) (Annual plan, paid monthly) subscription. Please click below." but I have already canceled the plan. Is there any reason I can not upgrade?
