I have two plans, Photoshop and now Illustrator. I can't see Illustrator and yet I can verify in my bank account that the plan is active /and/ I have an email stating the change has been made.
Before you get excited to reply... I have attempted to access the Library folder and delete the ServiceConfig.xml file I have attempted to restart Creative Cloud I have cleared my browser cache and attempted trying to find it via the website. I have tried reinstalling Creative Cloud.
I feel this shouldn't be an issue so I'd appreciate some sage advice as to how to access Illustrator which I am now paying on a monthly plan.
