After I registered& subscibed adobe, I realized that I misspelled my email account which is my ID.
So I want to unsubcribe it and make a new one with my proper email.
The problem is, I need to access my account in order to unsubcribe it but all of the certification emails is going to my misspelled account which I have no idea whether it even exists. Please help me.
This forum system is not a direct link to Adobe support. We are just users like you and can't help with account questions. You need to contact Adobe directly through the Chat system at the link below.
Select the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session. Type in AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI System.
You can also do a web search for "Adobe customer support". This will give you a regionally appropriate phone number you can call.
Be aware that because of the pandemic, wait times are far longer than usual due to reduced staff and higher demand. Please be patient with the people to whom you speak. Like you, they are feeling a great deal of stress. A little patience and understanding will go a long way to helping you in your particular situation.
