I can't change my plan

Now I use Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan (one-year) but I want to change to all app plan.

What can I do because in my mange plan page didn't show a switvh plan botton

I've already signed in and Go to 'Manage plan' and then it show to the 'Plan information' page and under the 'Manage plan' it told me that To make changes to your plan, please contact support.
