I can't Get in touch with anybody and I am still being charged for a plan I cancelled

I cancelled my mum's adobe subscription months ago and she still continues to get charged via pay pal. Ive been trying  to get in touch with anybody from adobe. But no number has been given to me because "i dont have a plan"... someone please help.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT  then after a bot response type SUBSCRIPTION
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
