I can't install CC. Pls help.

I can’t install Creative Cloud. After launching the browser to check the authorization, it writes about suspicious activity and in fact nothing happens even if you click ok or complain. What to do? (P.S. before that CC was installed, but it was broken, so I decided to install it as it was written)
