I can't run Acrobat DC and Lightroom at the same time

I have a subscription to Acrobat Pro through my work, and a private subscription to Adobe photo products, including Lightroom, Photoshop, etc. To run Lightroom, I have to be signed in under my private subscription, but to run Acrobat, I have to be signed in under my work subscription. I can't find any way to sign in to Acrobat through my work subscription, and, at the same time, be signed in on the same computer to my private photo suite subscription. This is very annoying. It is hard to believe that things are so badly designed that I have to sign out of one subscription for Acrobat just to be able to use the other subscription, which I pay for myself, on the same computer. Is there any way to do this?

Sorry but that is the way it is.

The programs you are using, Acrobat DC, LrC, PS, require the user to Sign In using the Adobe ID that is associated with the subscription it was purchased with. No way around that.

Will it change? No one knows but I doubt it.

Also I moved your post over from the poorly named Community Help forum, which is for getting help using this forum system, to a better forum, Account, Payment & Plan

I hope this helps. Best of luck to you.

No.  I'm afraid not.  Owing to how Creative Cloud services work, you must sign-out of one account before you can sign-in to another.    Feel free to submit a feature request below.
