I can't unlink (delete) a business account from my Adobe account.

Hello, I am writing this in English because I suppose that this way more people will be able to help me with my problem.

A few weeks ago, a business account was linked to my personal Adobe account, it happens that now I am trying to delete this business account but it won't let me (I already followed the steps in the help section but the option to unlink the business account does not appear).

The problem is that:

1. I will no longer use that business account, therefore it no longer has access to adobe apps.

2. I purchased a new license in my personal profile but it has been created as a subaccount within my account and it annoys me, even my behance seems to have been unlinked because another one was automatically created (?)

I contacted the person who linked the business account to my adobe account and all he told me was that he couldn't do anything and that it couldn't be unlinked, but that "it didn't affect me at all", even so, if he is It is affecting what I mentioned in the aforementioned points is happening.

I hope someone can help me to leave my account as before. Cheers!

I have never tried to remove a corporate account. But I suppose, when you talk to support, there may be a solution. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
Support phone numbers may be found here: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html. Please note that phone charges may apply.
