I CANNOT CANCEL - TRIED CHAT BUT DISCONNECTS, I WANT TO CANCEL EVERYTHING ADOBE RELATED

I have been trying all morning to cancel all my subs as I have been charged for something I have never used or recall signing up for and when trying to connect to the suport chat it fails to connect to a human and i cannot cancel online
