Hello, I'm Korean. Yesterday 22:36 24000KRW has been withdrawn from my bank account. But I can't find my Adobe account which was paid. Can you trace my payment please? 😉

What you can do is speak to an live agent via chat. Initially, you'll be talking to a robot which will then transfer you to the agent. The agent will ask you to send a list of emails you used to make an Adobe account. If the agent didn't find an account with an active plan/subscription, you will then be transferred to another agent and be asked to share your card and other details. They will be able to locate the account with the last 4 digits of your credit card and will cancel the subscription and delete the card info just in case someone might have stolen your card details and used them.
