Ever since the free trial program started, the same error message been showing up:
"Your subscription package doesnt load. Try again" or something like this. We are past the free trial phase but I am unable to cancel anything, anywhere.

I see that you had a trial of Acrobat pro, which as you said, you could not use. Are you on Mac or Windows? Were you able to download the application? Did you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the app again?

I have seeen that guide, yes, but as mentioned above, i cannot cancel subscription account, because instead of any options, i only recieve an error message:
The data doesnt load, an error occured, try again later.

There should be a chat icon in the lowest right hand corner of your screen (which we cannot see.) If the chat icon is missing, try the direct link to auto-open the Chat:

I was able to use the apps, but I havent been able to cancel the free trial, or subscription, and because of this, the account. I dont want to reinstall or install anything, i just want to cancel subscription and account
