I changed my plan to photo + Premier Pro, and now I have access to NOTHING

Yesterday, I changed my plan from all products to the Photography plan and added Premier pro.  My bank account was charged for x amount to reflect the change, but now I don't have access to Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, nor any of the supporting software bits that go along with these.

 

Also, I can't seem to find a link to chat or phone support.  Hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction, so I can get back to work!
