Hello I have not received a refund to my account despite canceling within the period for a full refund. I canceled my subscription on April 23. My bank has not recorded any refund order. Can anyone advise what to do? There is no normal contact with Adobe in my region.
The problem was on the bank's side. The issue has been resolved

It's user-to-user forum - you need to get in touch with Adobe CS directly.

Also did you get a cancellation sucess email? If not then maybe your cancellation did not go through. So please check that as well
