I didn't get my 30 days free trial

I purchase Adobe creative cloud as a student and I check :heavy_check_mark: the 30 days free trial box, but when I make purchase the amount deduct from my account instantly, so basically I didn't get my 30 days free trial, and I thought that they deduct subscription amount after that 30 days free trial but they deduct the amount instantly on the same date of purchase, can someone please explain me that I get 30 days free trial or not because if I didn't get free trial then I have to pay for one month extra which I can safe if i get that free trial.

the 30-day free trial is meant for Adobe Stock, not your Creative Cloud subscription. I'm afraid you may have misunderstood that 😞

Also, note that the trial will be converted into a paid Stock subscription after the 30 days - unless you cancel before the trial expiration date.

I know but the problem is I didn't get trial, Adobe just deduct my money
before giving me free trial
