In going through my bank statements I just discovered that I'm being charged $59.99 a month over the past three months for a plan I never intentionally signed up for, OR EVEN USE. I tried to cancel and found out it I would be charged $269 for an early exit. I see that I'm not the only one to fall into the same trap. I find this very disappointing in a well known and well regarded company. Adobe, please make this right.

did you start a trial?
if you never started a trial nor subscription and therefore suspect fraud, report it to your credit card issuer.

How did Adobe get your name, address, credit card number & expiration date if you didn't give it to them?
I think what actually happened is you or a family member joined a plan and didn't read the subscription terms you were agreeing to.
