I do not have any account plan but I keep being charged

I've been charged over an year and can't get it to stop.

 

it's says no active plan but I keep seeing the payments form my credit card. 

How is this even possible? 

im paying over a year for a plan I could never use?

 

please cancel this and sent my money back.

 

I will report this as fraud at my bank!
