I signed up to try Adobe as free, but I forgot to cancel my membership during the free trial period. Now I want to cancel my subscription, but I was told that I will be charged an early cancellation fee. But I do not accept this situation and do not want to pay an early cancellation fee. Please help me.

contact adobe support and plead your case. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):
chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare
p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
------------
in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/
p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.

We checked and found that you have subscribed to two monthly plans for Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
Since these are monthly plans, you can cancel within that month and you will be charged for that particular month and service will continue until the end of term.
Subscription tenure
Adobe Photoshop: 1 month and 10 days.
Adobe Illustrator: 25 days
You can get more info here: Understand Creative Cloud subscription terms and refund policies
We hope it helps.

Shivangi
