I forgot to cancel my trial to Illustrator and was billed for starting an automatic subscription. I would like to cancel this subscription without payment.
PS: Getting in touch with some support has been an extremely frustrating process so far. Your site is littered with 'get help', 'contact us', and 'real help from real people' tags, but so far I have not been able to get in touch with anyone.
This is a public forum, not Adobe support. Users, including the Adobe Community Professionals, can't provide support for account, subscription, billing, download, or product activation issues. Support for those issues requires an Adobe employee.
Adobe provides support through the Chat function on the contact page or through a phone call. There is no email support.
