I have a bonus subscription of cc for evey app. Can i cancel my actual plans ?

I have a an anual bonus subscription of CC for every app, this bonus was awarded by an educational institution to which I belong

Can i cancel my actual plans for illustrator and photoshop? Those are annual prepaid plan per month.

To not pay the usual cancel fee you need to contact support

If the bonus is in the form of a "redemption code" you can perhaps decide when to start it, to coincide with the end of your yearly commitment. You may need to change user, depends what you were given.

Be aware that canceling your paid plan will incur a cancellation fee of ½ your remaining subscription. That is to say, if you have 8 months left on the subscription, Adobe will charge you for 4 months. This is part of the subscription terms you agreed to when you purchased the subscription. As Test Screen Name suggests, it might be better to wait until the last month of subscription to redeem your code.
