My credit card was charged for $22.46, from Adobe Systems. The problem is that I don't remember my account . It is definitely not this account I am using, as it has no paid suscription active as of right now. I don't think I was hacked, as usually they go for more than just $22.46. I did start a trial for Animate a few weeks ago, and I am starting to suspect that I might have entered my payment information and forgot to cancel. The problem: very likely I used a different email, and now I can't find which one is it. Any suggestions how can I recover an account that I don't recall the email I used?
Other users here do not have any access to Adobe's system, and I don't think Adobe support is going to be able help with a forgotten email address... but you can ask

Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds

Thank you John. I tried to contact them but, indeed, they can't help me if I don't remember what email I used. So this is what I am going to do: a few days before the next cycle, I am going to block that credit card to prevent the payment. Hopefully I'll get an email with the payment error, and then I'll go from there.
Thank you for your answer!
