So my school offered Adobe products for 'free'. I signed in through my school email but for some reason i have an account opened on my regular email without having EVER paid for the product or having any sorts of agreement. I don't know how long I have maybe been paying for this but my next payment is on June 28th and I don't have the $73 it's asking me to pay for canceling a subscription I never got. What do I do? I don't even go to that college anymore nor use the pro create they said would be free...and again i nver used my personal email for it either, i am so confused :')

So, the plan shows up in your account? Look at your billing history to see when it started can you account for it with an error? It's hard to see how Adobe could be charging your Adobe account with your own card unless at some time you have them the card number - maybe you registered for a trial?  (Inportant! We are just customers here. You have to contact Adobe to resolve issues. SCAMNERS MAT CONTACT YOU PREYENDING TO BE FROM ADOBE - don't reply or your problems could get much worse.)
