I have a problem with my billing Creative Cloud All Apps plan.

I selected the Creative Cloud All Apps plan which I am a first-time member of. In the promotion, it should have given me a 48% discount, but why am I being charged the full price? Please explain to me.

This package cost me ฿2,211.69/month
Which the website page when I pressed to buy said 48% off, which is ฿1,143.83/month

Why do I have to pay full price? Please tell me.
