I have old PC specs. Should I cancel my CC subscription?

My custom PC has old parts, noteably, the graphics card being 9 years old. For now, I'm mainly using CC apps like Adobe XD and Photoshop for Android development and light workflow for images for a novel I'm writing. But, this may change when I have a need for more CC apps in the subscription, perhaps for my soon to start business, etc. For instance, I may have a need to use Indesign for business flyers or Premier Pro for video editing. Are my old custom PC specs listed below good enough for Adobe CC 2020? Thanks.

A related issue: In Adobe XD, when I zoom in and out of the pasteboard greater than or less than 100%, I see a thin white line between elements on the artboard. This doesn't happen when the zoom is at 100%. This is probably because my graphics card is old. And I already updated the driver for the card. Here is the link to the Adobe forum post here:  https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/thin-white-line-between-two-elements-on-artboard-when-zoomin...
