I haven't used Adobe since 2019, but Adobe started charging me a few months ago for no reason

Hi,

 

I haven't used Adobe products since November 2019. Suddenly, in June Adobe started charging me $32.  I did not noticed this until I did a deep dive in my bank statements in late July. I was in Beirut during the explosion, so obviously I forgot about this issue until Adobe took another payment out. Now I have three mysterious payments for no service. I checked my old school account and my personal email account and no, I don't see any programs downloaded. I wish I could contact a human being about this instead of posting publicly...
