Hi all,
I've been desperately trying to finda way to get in touch wiht Adobe and gone round in circles with their help page. I am trying to change edit my billing details having moved from UK to an EU country and have no menas of chaging the region nor the country on the billing card section. Therfore the VAT registration is not valid and is not recognised.
Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? Been going round in circles for ages now.

The country associated with your adobe id must match the store you purchase from and must match the payment address. otherwise, change what's necessary to make your purchase:

I'm not sure about this. Changing payment & residence to a new country may require you to cancel your current plan and start a new subscription under your new residence.
