I'm sure I canceled the pricing plan, but why was the more expensive pricing plan paid?

I ended the plan at the end of January because I didn't have to do it while using the 23100 won plan But all of a sudden, 4,7300 won was paid. Did Adobe pay my card at will? I don't have to use adobe anymore, what's the case with this or you're cheating on me
